I know, it’s a bit late and people are probably done thinking about Easter, but oh well.
The girls waiting to start the egg hunt!

I wanted the Easter Bunny to hide the eggs in our living room, but since we had just gotten rid of our entertainment center that morning, there was a huge mess in that room. TV stuffs, movies, books boxes, cords… all over the floor. So we had to settle on one of the only clean rooms in the house that day.
Since there weren’t too many hiding spots for the eggs, most of them were easy to find.

These blocks (below) I made! The other side says “Spring”!

I saw this idea here and just had to do it too!

I didn’t feel like making their dresses this year. The dresses I made last year still fit them, but the lining I sewed into it shrunk and that made a mess of things. I still need to fix that, and totally plan on fixing it this week. Oh well, the girls still loved their dresses!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

She’s 6 years old now!
On Saturday she had a bunch of friends over for a Princess Party! On Sunday our whole family got together and celebrated her birthday, and yesterday, our small family celebrated!
I swear this girl is clairvoyant or something. We gave her the presents in the evening, but earlier that day, she drew a picture of herself with all the presents she was getting. You could see what the presents where, and she drew every single present we had gotten her! We hadn’t given any clues or said anything about them, but for some reason, she knew exactly what they were! Thankfully she was still surprised and happy when she opened them.
I have pictures of her parties, but today I’m just posting her annual birthday photo shoot!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY EDEN! WE LOVE YOU!

It seems like if we haven’t been busy, we’ve been sick and if we’re not sick, we’ve been busy. Nothing too fun going on, just busy.
I’ll admit I’m somewhat addicted to blogs. Not my own (evidenced by the fact that I haven’t blogged in almost a month), but to other peoples blogs. I love checking all the creative project people do. When I see one I’d like to do, I bookmark it and that’s usually it. I have a huge long “bookmark” list of projects I might eventually do some day, but yesterday, I actually did one!
I got the idea HERE. So if you want a full tutorial on it, go check out her site!
Here’s mine! It cost me $1.50 total. Now, it took almost 2 hours for me to get it done and I want to make several more for different spots around the house, but for now, here’s mine!

I have lots of projects I’d like to post about and some pictures of the girls, but for now, this will have to do.
